Job Responsibilities
- Generate weekly and monthly reports to communicate sales and inventory performance.
- Work closely with Ecommerce team to coordinate and facilitate launch of new products.
- Assist in execution of allocation planning and stock transfer for product launches.
- Ensure accuracy of product details listed on platforms.
- Responsible for the overall stock movement and replenishment for E-commerce
- Merchandising support and cross-functional collaboration on key projects
- Maintenance, innovation, and accuracy of Product Item Attributes categorization.
- Loaning of stocks for livestream and photoshoot prior to product launch.
Requirement
- Familiar with use of Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP and Pivot Table etc.).
- Experience in merchandising would be advantageous.
- Good organizational, project and time management skills.
- Attention to details and possess ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
