- Able to understand Engineering drawings and calculation of the site materials
- Able to handle worker and liased with main contractor
- Maintains coordinating activities, resolving problems, and completing within the project schedule
- Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress
- Must at least complete one HDB/CONDO Project
