The Role
The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This individual will report to Finance Head/ CEO and work closely with various stakeholders to implement HR strategies that support our company's goals and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support in broad spectrum HR and Administrative functions
- Full employee life cycle including recruitment, selection, on-boarding, orientation, and off-boarding
- Work pass application/ renewal/ cancellation for foreign employees
- Involve in staff welfare activities
- Prepare HR related reports
- Prepare letters, forms, email correspondence, etc
- Proper maintenance of personal information in HRMS
- Assist and coordinate with regional teams when required
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- High integrity when handling confidential information
- Hands on experience with HRMS system advantageous
- Meticulous, highly organised and able to prioritise
- Must be able to accept mundane administrative duties
- Preferably Junior Executive who are specialised in Human Resources or equivalent and available immediately will have an added advantage
