Job Title: Site Tiling Supervisor
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as construction foreman with more than 3 year foreman experience
2. Solid knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and site safety guidelines
3. Ability to understand drawings and plans
4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
5. Ability to communicate and report effectively
6. Problem-solving abilities to respond ad-hoc matters or emergency issues
7. Good physical condition in order to afford long-time outdoor working requirements.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
· Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
· Allocate general and daily responsibilities
· Supervise and train workers
· Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
· Supervise the use of electric tools
· Resolve problems when they arise
· Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
