WORKING LOCATION: AIR CARGO COMPLEX
Responsibilities:
- Provde administrative support (scanning of documents etc)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Liaise with the Operations Executives & Managers on the documentations and to perform data entry into the system;
- Filling and sorting of documents
- Doing up of the take-out list
- Chasing of proof of delivery and scanning of PODs for storage
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
- Required language(s): English
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Possess positive mindset and able to multi-task
- Perferably with experience in Customs Tradenet / Permit declaration
