Job Description

  • Handle the daily HR operations and assist the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial screening interviews, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
  • Supporting the development and execution of onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared for success.
  • Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and issuance.
  • Prepare all the HR-related letters and forms per the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage E-Leave via the Info-Tech System.
  • Prepare HR-related reports for the HOD.
  • Organize company-wide events such as employee engagement activities, team-building exercises, dinners, family days, and active days.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of generalist experience in HR and administration.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
  • Someone who prefers to work in fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
