We are seeking an innovative and strategic Head of Content Strategy to oversee the development and execution of content strategies across our property product lines.
This role is pivotal in leading our marketing and media departments to produce impactful videos and editorial content, driving engagement and lead generation across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content marketing, leadership, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies for each property product line, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Video and Editorial Leadership: Lead the team to produce high-quality video and editorial content (short and long form) across all channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Lead Generation Ownership: Own the overall lead generation strategy, optimizing content to attract and convert potential customers across all platforms.
- Departmental Leadership: Lead and manage two key departments: marketing and media, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve strategic goals.
- Content Analysis and Learning: Guide the team in analyzing trending property content and champion learning from other players in the market to enhance our content offerings.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze content performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and ensure continuous improvement in engagement and reach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure content aligns with business priorities and supports company growth.
- Market Research and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and market changes, integrating relevant insights into content strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Proven Experience: More than 7 years of experience leading teams in content strategy, marketing, and leadership roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
