Job Description
This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and financial support to multiple entities within the XXII Global Alliance company. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments
- Maintain office records and files
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
- Provide administrative support to various departments and teams
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Financial Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple entities
- Prepare and assist with quotations
- Prepare and process invoices
- Maintain financial records and reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Assist with license application
- Assist with on-site assistance during events and activations
- Assist with Payroll Management
- Coordinate with external accountants and auditors
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in business administration, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative and/or finance role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and responsible with good character
- Experience in managing multiple entities or projects is preferred
