Job Description / Requirements
- Recognised degree in Architecture
- Recognised local or overseas university
- Minimum 5 years and above experience
- Good in design / client engagement and project management
- Preferred familiarity with industrial project
- Able to run project independently
- Good communication and coordination skill as well as conceptualization and
presentation skills
- Have sound analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work under datelines and possess positive and proactive attitude
- Good knowledge of Singapore codes and regulations
- Strong in contracts with technical and site experience
