ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Showroom Operations
Ensure duty team is performing their duty within guidelines.
Facilitate plan showroom/test drive vehicles schedule/movement.
Ensure customers are promptly attended and assist to attend to customers when SCs are all
engaged with customers.
Ensure showroom and demo vehicles are in immaculate condition.
VES Labels, Award Tents Cards, QR Code, Vehicle Plates, Brochures, Bottle Waters, etc.
2. Sales Support
Ensure Walk-in leads are entered into Sales Force
Assist and support Sales Consultants on product related queries
Verifying bookings in vehicle stocklist & leads records in Sales Force
Assist on Pricelists, Online Sales Portal, Property Charts, Circulars.
Compilation of daily and weekly sales reports
3. Market Research & Product Analysis
Analyse competitor product offerings & pricing strategies.
Analyse and compile previous month OMV to provide insight to competitor new car model
registration.
