Roles & Responsibilities
· Review project plans and specifications to ensure that the ACMV system design meets the required standards, codes and regulations
· Select the appropriate ACMV equipment, materials, and component that meets the project requirements
· Supervise, Monitor and inspect the works progress on ACMV system – air duct, chilled water pipe and equipment installation
· Familiar with ASTM, different Piping Standards and Specifications
· Familiar with ASME Section IX, Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code 2021 Edition welding requirements
· Check site installation work as per approved drawings
· Understand and prepare the standard detail drawing to suit the respective project & shop drawings
· Knowledge / experience to use AutoCAD or Revit is an added value
· Check and follow up closely the daily site installation progress and able to take immediate action to tackle the delay
· Liaise with different vendors and sub-contractors for different types of materials to be proposed and submit for approval and subsequently procure them upon approved
· Understand the minor equipment take off from the shop drawings and procure accordingly
· Assist Project Manager to oversee overall project progress, manpower and monitor project schedule
· Knowledge and hands on of writing MOS and RA for the different job scopes
· Having experiences in air and hydro testing, adjusting and balancing activities
Requirements
· Diploma / Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering

· Minimum 0 to 3 years working experience in related field
Others – Skill (s)
· M&E Drawing (AutoCAD and Revit)
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint)
