Responsibilities:
· Assist Project Manager: implementation and successful completion of projects undertaken by Company within schedule, cost and quality
· Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
· Provide on-the-job coaching and track productivity of the Operation Team
· Set guidelines, provide expertise and supervision to the Team
· Plan, forecast and track sub-contractors work progress
· Verify overall list of construction details and design based on construction plans and drawing designs before construction
· Provide weekly schedules and conduct daily coordination meeting to ensure project timelines are met by sub-contractors, including logistic arrangements for daily operation needs
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
· Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
· 3 to 6 years of relevant experience preferably with Main Contractor
· Managing deliverables and milestones to be on time / within budget / meeting business needs
· Coordinate between various Departments on project
· Good people management skills
