Responsibilities
- Ensure kitchen equipment and tools are clean before use
- Bake different bread types, like baguettes and multigrain breads, etc.
- Manage oven temperatures to ensure proper baking and mix various ingredients
- Decorate cakes , shape dough, prepare custom-made pastries , etc.
- Track food supplies and place orders, if needed
Requirement
- Able to work in rotating shifts (5am - 3pm)
- Experience as baker for 2-3 years
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheeters, etc.
- Understanding of food safety practices
- On job training will be provided
