A new and exciting Enterprise Change Manager (6 months contract) position with a chance of extension for a large reputable company in Singapore. Looking for someone with experience with target operating model experience with a consultancy background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Change Management Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive end-to-end change management strategy to ensure a successful transition to the new technology support operating model.
- Focus on internal communication and employee engagement to facilitate smooth adoption of changes.
- Change Assessment and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different countries to assess the impact of changes on their teams.
- Customize the project approach to address the unique needs of each market and ensure a successful change navigation.
- Communication Planning and Execution:
- Create and implement a comprehensive communication plan to ensure consistent messaging at all levels of the organization.
- Draft all communications, maintaining clear and coherent messaging throughout the transformation process.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in change management.
- Strong skills in corporate communications and stakeholder management.
- Previous experience managing the rollout of new systems (e.g., enterprise systems like SAP) is highly desirable.
- Experience in driving change at a regional or global level is a significant advantage.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
