Role: Social Media Content Creator - Photographer

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time In-House Photographer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images for our social media campaigns, planning and executing their own shoots, and assisting in team-based photography projects. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a creative and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage your own photography shoots in alignment with the agency’s brand and client needs.
  • Capture compelling and high-quality images for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and visual content strategies.
  • Assist in team-based shoots, providing support and expertise as needed.
  • Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet the agency's standards and style guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with photography trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Manage and organize photo assets, ensuring they are properly archived and easily accessible.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation with a focus on social media trends.
  • Proficiency in various content creation tools and techniques, including mobile and DSLR photography/videography.
  • Strong understanding of current social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Creativity and innovation in content creation, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.

Additional Information:

  • Part-Time: This role is part-time, requiring 4-8 hours of work per day, Monday - Thursday.
  • In-Office: The position requires working from our office location.
