HR Responsibilities Job Description:
- Handle submit application/renewal/cancellation of work pass in MOM online/BCA,IRAS
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions with payroll included
- Assist to prepare monthly HR report
- Handle admin duties
- Handling of WICA claims and liaising with insurer.
- Attend to visitors, in-coming telephone, incoming mails & faxes
- Ensure all documents are kept / filled in proper for quick retrieve
- Maintain accurate personnel records, attendance records, leave records and general administrative duties including documentation and filing.
- Ensure timely submission for statutory matters like IR8A, IR21, MOM and related market surveys, childcare leaves, maternity leaves, paternity leaves, NS Claims and training grant applications.
- Ensure that current HR practices are in compliance with governmental regulations and advising management on needed actions
Other Information & Requirements:
- Candidates possess minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Construction Sector will be add advantage;
- Candidates possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Excellent to details, pro-active and flexibility in problem solving
