Responsibilities:
Timesheet Management:
- Main user of timesheet software for pricing and cost allocation.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of timesheets by all team members.
- Analyze timesheet data to identify trends and discrepancies.
Financial Software Proficiency:
- Utilize accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks to manage and review financial records.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular audits of financial software to maintain data integrity.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated with relevant acts and regulations affecting financial and audit practices.
- Ensure the company adheres to all applicable laws and standards.
- Provide guidance to the team on regulatory changes and their implications.
Audit Processes:
- Lead and execute comprehensive audits of financial statements and internal controls.
- Develop audit plans, execute audit programs, and prepare audit reports.
- Identify areas of risk and recommend corrective actions.
Team Collaboration:
- Work independently and collaboratively with other audit team members.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior auditors.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience with timesheet management for pricing purposes.
- Proficiency in accounting software, including Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
