Our client is a well-established MNC in Semiconductor industry. They are looking for a Regional Pricing Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Central.
Responsibility
- Oversee and manage quoting operations for responding to RFQs from field sales and customers.
- Develop pricing strategies for various product lines, positioning products based on value and competition.
- Establish methods for calculating list prices, price floors, and price ceilings for different product lines, and maintain the corporate price list with regular updates.
- Identify areas of revenue leakage and devise strategies to increase profitability.
- Conduct price band analysis to find ways to boost profits.
- Lead and manage the pricing process, ensuring compliance by controlling exemptions.
- Collaborate with sales, management, and product managers to implement price changes.
- Create reports to track and monitor pricing projects and activities across different product lines and market segments.
- Develop tools to estimate costs for new product quotes and implement value pricing models for new products.
- Assist sales in negotiating contract terms and conditions with customers and channel partners.
- Support the annual budgeting process and assist sales staff with pricing issues.
- Act as the expert on all pricing-related matters.
- Perform business and market analysis to support managerial decision-making.
- Any ad-hoc duty as given
Requirement
- Min Degree in Business, Engineering or Accounting
- Min 6 years of experience in Semiconductor industry
- Min 3 years of experience in Supervisory
- Good knowledge and experience in pricing
- Regional exposure will added bonus
