About the Company:
Our client has been in the supply chain business, serving the defence & government sectors, as well as commercial industries. The company offers end-to-end, integrated, and secured logistics services including sourcing and procurement, ordering and inventory control, acceptance and quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of delivery schedules and logistics documentation.
- Assist with daily transport schedules for medical supply deliveries.
- Enter and update data in in house logistics system.
- Use Excel to create reports on delivery performance and schedules.
- Help track inventory levels to ensure supplies are ready for delivery.
- Support the team with general office duties like filing and data entry.
Requirements:
- O level, Nitec or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience is required for this role
- Basic Excel skills for creating and analysing reports
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
