Responsibilities
- Responsible for individual KPI
- Attend to calls/emails enquires
- Perform call consultation and secure appointments with prospects
- Achieve monthly targets
- Engage and establish relationship with prospects from daily assigned pool of leads
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service during call and text with prospect
- Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or the management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales calls and closing
- Preferably with financial services (banking or insurance) call centre background
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
- Working experience in Singapore market is highly desirable
- Availability to start immediately is preferred
- Chinese language fluency required in order to attend to Chinese clients
Work Schedule:
- Tuesdays to Saturdays
- 9am to 6pm
- 5 days work week
