This role requires individual to work independently and with team members within a growing SME.
Job Description & Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender, quotations and contract documents including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
- Perform quantity take off and attend site visits;
- Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies;
- Perform risk, value management and cost control;
- Prepare and analyse costing for tenders;
- Sourcing suppliers and subcontractors
- Allocate work to subcontractors;
- Preparation of Progress Claim and/or Payment Response
- Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports;
- Value completed work
Requirements:
- Possess a matured attitude and a keen sense to learn.
- Highly motivated, confident and self-driven.
- Responsible, independent
- Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines
- Minimum 2 years' working experience
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Able to read and write in English
- Skilled in AutoCAD (2D/3D), Microsoft Word, PowerPointand Excel.
- Possess at least a Diploma certification or higher in building or construction, civil or structural engineering;
