Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Technical Officer to be part of their Facilities Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Duties of Technical Officer:
- Oversee daily maintenance and operations of M&E systems, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Develop and monitor preventive maintenance plans for all systems.
- Supervise contractors and technicians to complete repairs within timelines.
- Coordinate ad-hoc projects to enhance M&E systems.
- Review and approve tenant fit-out applications.
- Deliver excellent customer service and liaise with tenants and vendors.
- Lead and supervise the M&E team to achieve KPIs.
- Monitor utilities consumption and drive sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly and quarterly reports.
- Establish emergency procedures and ensure compliance with regulations..
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in related field
- Relevant M&E experience in Commercial Buildings settings.
- Comfortable to work 5.5 days
