· Manage the process of receiving and sending shipment goods to and from clients and suppliers.
· Generate quotations and maintain accurate records of them.
· Coordinate with suppliers and clients to schedule deliveries and pickups.
· Ensure that all necessary documentation is in place, such as bills of lading, customs forms, and shipping labels.
· Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that shipment goods are properly received and stored.
· Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to clients and suppliers.
· Resolve any issues or problems related to shipment goods, such as delays or damages.
· Maintain accurate records of all shipment goods transactions.
· Generate reports on shipment goods activities and metrics, such as delivery times and costs.
· Recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the shipment goods management process.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to shipment goods management.
· Any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• GCE O Level / Professional Certificate/ Nitec, or equivalent.
• Team player and possess good initiative.
• Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ERP systems an advantage
