Role Overview: As a Telecommunications B2B BSS Business Analyst, you will be pivotal in managing and optimizing our B2B order management processes. Your role involves driving client workshops, collaborating with multiple internal and external teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of large-scale programs. We are looking for a proactive individual who takes ownership and excels in client management.
Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Lead and facilitate workshops with 30 to 40 client stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss solutions, and drive consensus.
Order Management Expertise: Utilize your familiarity with Telco B2B Order Management processes to ensure accurate and efficient handling of orders.
Program Collaboration: Work on large-scale programs, collaborating effectively with various internal teams (e.g., development, operations, and support) and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Proactive Ownership: Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering solutions.
Documentation & Analysis: Prepare detailed business requirements documents, process flows, and functional specifications. Analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.
Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the telecommunications industry, with a strong background in B2B BSS solutions and order management processes.
Client Management: Excellent client management skills with experience leading workshops involving large groups of stakeholders.
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external teams in a large-scale program environment.
Proactive Attitude: A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project success.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
