Job Responsibilities
- Develop risk management framework including risk appetite framework and stress testing for credit risk management.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in RMDAP including model governance, data governance, group risk management and new product risk management.
- Review and monitor credit risk management status including Risk Appetite Measures, Risk Control Measures and EWIs.
- Collaborate with HO, other regional risk management departments, risk management functions in the branches and front departments in APAC.
- Support GM in HR matters within RMDAP.
- Build a strong compliance and risk management culture in RMDAP.
Job Requirements
- 20 to 25 years experience in credit / market / liquidity / operational / integrated risk management
- Sound knowledge of global financial regulations
- 5 to 10 years experience managing large teams
- Strong ability to manage different levels of stakeholders across the organisation
- Strong communication skills, coaching skills, team first spirit
