Job Description:As a Recruiter at Yuanyii Maid Agency, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing domestic helpers with suitable employers. Your role will involve understanding the needs of clients, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and ensuring compliance with Singapore’s regulations for domestic worker employment. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing them with the support and guidance they need throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen potential domestic helpers through various channels, including overseas partners, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their household needs and preferences, and match them with suitable candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiation.
  • Ensure all placements comply with Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and guidelines for domestic workers.
  • Assist candidates with necessary documentation, such as work permit applications and medical check-ups.
  • Provide post-placement support to both employers and domestic helpers to ensure a smooth and successful employment relationship.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, job orders, and placements in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and MOM regulations related to domestic worker employment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to attract top domestic helper talent and promote job openings.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the domestic helper or maid agency sector.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s regulations and guidelines for domestic worker employment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Proven track record in successfully placing domestic helpers with employers.
  • Ability to manage multiple job orders and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the documentation process for work permit applications and medical check-ups.
  • Ability to travel within Singapore for client meetings and candidate interviews.
  • A Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is preferred.
