- Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting tasks.
- Contribute to annual business planning and growth strategies.
- Analyze trends to mitigate financial risks related to investments or spending decisions.
- Prepare management reports to aid decision-making for business partners and stakeholders.
- Analyze and explain discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures.
- Provide administrative support to the Singapore sales team, including processing customer claims and vendor invoices.
- Monitor accounts receivable status and prepare aging reports.
- Verify the accuracy of customer collections and payments.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative tools to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in relevant fields such as Accountancy & Finance.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, with hands-on accounting, auditing, or FP&A experience being advantageous.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with JDE and Oracle HFM systems is an added advantage.
