- Oversee end-to-end recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interviewing, offers, and reference checks.
- Collaborate with business units to understand staffing needs.
- Recommend and manage talent acquisition platforms (e.g., job portals, social media).
- Handle onboarding activities and internal communication.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and search firms.
- Monitor and manage the recruitment budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum Dip/Deg in Human Resource with at least 2 years working experience in Human Resource.
