Job Description & Requirements
- Laise with customers, users, and related stakeholders to understand their business needs.
- Analyze business requirements and define system functions.
- Create user story and describe the input, output, and corresponding business processes.
- Write down business scenarios, construct workflow diagrams, and prepare Ul protypes.
- Work with UI/UX designer to improve user experience of UI design.
- Work with development team to ensure the team understands user stories clearly.
- Work with testers to ensure all business scenarios are tested.
- Standardized system configurations and prepare user guide and system configuration guide.
- Present system functions to customers, users, and related stakeholders.
- Analyze the feedback from users or customers and prepare system Improvements.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Help with technical documentation.
- Support and Management for Key Accounts Interfacing Internal and external customers.
- Manage and implement Medium Size Projects
- Manage Go Live and Stabilization for New Customer Onboarding.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in software development and implementation.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, web application, microservices, and system Integration,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Domain knowledge of e-commerce and supply chain is a plus.
- Hands on Supply Chain Solutions, especially Warehouse Management System is preferred.
- Experience in Implementing and maintaining Warehousing Automation
- Experience in handling EDI Interfaces between Supply Chain Related applications, ERP and Warehousing Automation solutions.
