Job Description:As a Recruiter at Yuanyii Agency, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles across different industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and employers. Your role will also involve building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, conducting interviews, and advising clients on market trends and recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Provide clients with insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition for candidates and employers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote job openings and attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, job orders, and placements in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s labor market and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Proven track record in successful candidate placements across various industries.
- Ability to manage multiple job orders and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to travel within Singapore for client meetings and candidate interviews.
