About The Role
We are looking for a Learning Systems Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial for administering and supporting our learning systems to ensure a seamless, efficient, and effective learning experience for our adult learners. If you are passionate about education technology, and are proficient in managing learning platforms, we encourage you to apply.
What You Will Be Doing
- Learner Enrolment:
- Handle the process of enrolling learners into various systems and courses.
- Ensure the enrolment process is user-friendly and efficient.
- User Support:
- Provide timely and effective support to users experiencing learning systems, tools, or content issues.
- Maintain a helpdesk system to track, prioritize, and resolve user queries and technical problems.
- Create and maintain user guides and documentation for learners.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Gather and consolidate data to create reports on learner performance, system usage, and other metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role.
- Good understanding of learning management systems and educational technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
