Interior Design:
- Conceptualize and develop interior design plans, creative space planning and space solutions
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility and compliance with local building codes.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technology to continuously innovate and improve the living spaces
Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of design plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure design solutions align with business objectives and tenant needs.
- Lead and mentor junior designers or interns, providing guidance and feedback to support their professional development.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all design and project management activities meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and gather client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design and project management, preferably in residential or co-living spaces.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Work Environment:
