Responsibilities
· Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers & other parties involved in the project.
· Liaise with construction/design team to prepare document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender.
· Assist Project Contract Manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order and Purchase Order.
· Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.
· Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price comparison and costing summary.
· Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payments.
· Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings.
· Prepare project budgeting and costing reports.
Requirements
· At least 1 years’ working experience in Quantity Surveying in main contractor.
· Experience with LTA or building projects.
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
