ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will be a part of the Google Cloud Support team. You will focus on delivering leadership and executive narratives to help advance the Google Cloud Support mission. You will work with support leaders on topics across all product areas and help the global organization identify, plan, and execute against their priorities. You will apply business judgment and communicate issues to audiences, executives, and Google leadership. You will also work in data collection, draw insights from analysis, and develop recommendations.
Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the sales and cross-functional teams to become their trusted source/subject matter expert on all data related to partner and corporate.
- Identify and solve operational problems, key analysis, and generate clear/simple insights and recommendations to inform and influence executives.
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure in support of day-to-day operations of the business and annual business planning processes for the partner and corporate segment.
- Drive operational excellence as well deliver insights on APAC partner and corporate business performance as well as operationalizing regional programs to proactively improve performance for the short and long-term.
- Build and enhance our tools and dashboards in conjunction with the global Business Intelligence and Regional Performance Management team to surface the right performance data/insights to our sales teams and leaders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in enterprise go-to-market in sales, sales engineering, operations, or customer success with B2B enterprise technical go-to-market.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience partnering with sales and pre-sales leadership, business development, and regional sales operations to develop an overall plan for each quarter.
- Experience running technology-based solution programs with enterprise technology sales teams and overseeing change in organizations.
- Experience managing business reviews at multiple levels up to executive audience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Experience with SQL, database, scripting and business intelligence tools.
- Experience owning and managing multiple complex initiatives.
- Experience driving initiatives based on data.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and balance multiple priorities, manage time effectively, and navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to consistently generate and follow through on new ideas in a business organization through a systematic and repeatable approach.
