Job Description:As an Immigration Specialist at Yuanyii Agency, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through the immigration process in Singapore. Your primary responsibilities will include managing PR and Citizenship applications, assisting with company incorporation, work pass applications, and advising clients on further education options. You will work closely with clients to ensure their applications are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner, while also providing expert advice on Singapore’s immigration policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process applications for Singapore Permanent Residency (PR) and Citizenship.
- Assist clients in setting up companies in Singapore, including advising on business structure and compliance requirements.
- Handle work pass applications, including Employment Pass, S Pass, and Dependant Pass.
- Provide guidance on further education opportunities in Singapore for clients who do not meet the standard requirements for PR or work passes.
- Stay updated on Singapore’s immigration policies and ensure clients are informed of any changes that may affect their applications.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application status.
- Provide exceptional customer service and administration work by responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct marketing activities to promote our services to potential clients.
- Travel to China as needed to meet with clients and partners.
- Deliver presentations in Mandarin to clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in handling PR, Citizenship, and work pass applications in Singapore.
- Knowledge of company incorporation processes in Singapore.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s education system and further education pathways.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
- CEI certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to China as required.
- Experience in delivering presentations in Mandarin.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
