Job Duties:
• As a Support specialist, you will be immersed in real life production systems, that shape and devise the future of capital markets IT.
• Work on Treasury/ALM applications and taking care of day-to-day BAU operations (L1/L2) of multiple apps.
• Closely associated with business and be a contact point to provide functional and technical support on Kondor+ platform as well as other in-house developed systems serving TSY and ALM operations.
• Liaise with business analysis and development teams to plan and manage priorities, highlight blockers and critical issues.
• Optimizing the current procedures, ensure system resiliency with strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Provide support and mentor junior staff.
• Provide functional and technical expertise on KONDOR+ and other in-house bank applications.
• Requests management (users and others IT teams)
• Operations management

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
• Candidates should have (5-7) years of experience in Production Support of financial systems.
• Master degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge on KONDOR+ application for 3+ years or 3+ years of experience in IT Support for another Capital Markets applications
• Candidates should have ITIL certification/knowledge.
• Knowledge of major market regulatory body’s rules is an advantage
• Exposure to Capital Markets applications (E.g. Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso…) is an advantage
• Should be able to do SLA & KPI management, Client communication & interaction
• Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management
• Risk analysis and project execution
• Knowledge in Capital Market FO/BO environment is an advantage
• Strong knowledge in Configuration Management
• Strong knowledge in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, MQ Series, CFT and Control-M.
• Knowledge of monitoring solution like ITRS Geneos is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Careful observance of standards and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical or troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Autonomous, self-motivated and excellent team player
• Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management
