Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts to ensure excellent customer service and product availability.
- Train team members and handle customer complaints.
- Oversee delivery operations and maintain dress code standards.
- Recruit and onboard new employees.
- Conduct shift briefings and optimize team productivity.
- Manage costs, inventory, and security checks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- NITEC with 5 years in F&B management, ideally in QSR.
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Email.
- Passionate about the F&B industry.
