Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and IT, to gather and document business requirements for CPQ processes.
- Analyze current CPQ processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for the CPQ system.
- Design and configure CPQ solutions based on business requirements, ensuring that they meet the needs of the sales process.
- Implement CPQ tools and features such as product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, and quote generation.
- Test and validate CPQ configurations to ensure they work as expected and meet business objectives.
- Identify inefficiencies in the current CPQ process and recommend solutions to streamline operations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize product configurations, pricing strategies, and quoting accuracy.
- Implement best practices for CPQ processes to enhance sales efficiency and reduce errors.
- Ensure data integrity within the CPQ system, including product information, pricing, and customer data.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track CPQ performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze CPQ data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas can be an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience with CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ) is highly desirable.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems, and an understanding of how they integrate with CPQ solutions.
- Strong understanding of CPQ processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing CPQ systems, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quote generation.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques for generating reports and insights.
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Apex, SQL) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
