- Troubleshoot End User Devices, which are not able to resolve by helpdesk.
- Resolve incidents escalated by L1/Helpdesk as per the agreed SLAs and timelines.
- Routine System administrative activities and tracking morning checklist for all key technologies.
- Checking backups and physical status of all equipment’s inside server/network room.Technology upgrades/migrations for hardware and software
- Escalates the problem to the next level/Vendor.
- IT Procurement and Manage IT Inventory
- Good Knowledge in MDM solution which provided by Customer site, ex JAMF, Intune etc
- Coordination for any new process or installation
- Move assets, preparation client devices, scheduling device.
- Involve all PMS for IT related process/equipment together with supplier/vendor.
- Responsible of all technologies and Routine System administrative activities
- Coaching Junior engineer on how to resolve common issues.
