Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and challenges related to the wholesale eService platform.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed requirements.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories, ensuring they are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with business goals.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and mockups to illustrate the desired functionality.
- Define the scope of testing activities, including functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
- Identify potential risks related to functionality, user adoption, and integration, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead the functional aspects of projects related to the wholesale eService platform, including planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or additional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on eService platforms or digital solutions in a wholesale or B2B environment.
- Proven experience in leading functional teams or projects, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
- Strong understanding of wholesale business processes, customer needs, and market trends.
- Proficiency in using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms for managing requirements and project documentation.
- Experience with process modeling tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and platform enhancements.
- Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles to collaborate effectively with design teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage conflicts, and drive projects to successful completion.
