Responsibilities
- To establish step by step manufacturing processes (Lot-Traveler creation) to improve work efficiency and enhance product quality for new project.
- To analyze and manage non-conforming parts on the production line, collaborating with the Purchasing and QA departments to resolve the claiming process with the supplier.
- Updating in-house documents, jigs, and fixtures related to Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Proactively coordinating with production teams, monitoring progress and adjusting schedules as needed to meet delivery deadlines.
- Providing training and guidance to production staff to ensure that they are proficient in system rack assembly techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of related manufacturing /boxbuild and rack assembly experience will be an advantage.
- SAP know-how and experience is preferred.
- Able to define requirement for interdisciplinary teams and identify suitable system parameters.
