Job Description:
1.Service Agreement Management
- Create, track, and report on all infrastructure-related service agreements, purchase requirements, and invoices to ensure compliance with standards. Highlight any deviations to the relevant teams and management.
- Ensure the timely and accurate issuance of service agreements to markets, including necessary amendments based on market changes and requirements.
2.Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income and expense statements.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Monitor budget performance and report any variances.
- Implement and maintain effective cost control measures.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
3.Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, compile relevant data, and deliver results that align with management strategies.
4.Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee service level agreements and contract documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping.
- Conduct periodic reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
5.Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial reporting.
- Communicate key insights, findings, and recommendations derived from financial data.
- Define, translate, and document business requirements and projects into clear, concise, and comprehensive communication packages.
6.Community and Mission Alignment
- Conduct high-level community evaluations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and the team's mission statement.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance & Accounting, or Mathematics.
- Strong communication skills, including presentation, documentation, and verbal communication, with a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
- Excellent analytical and financial skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in visualization software and tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and drawing business-relevant conclusions.
- Effective communication and documentation skills.
