Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:
Junior Accounting Analyst
Versatile in the areas of internal controls and governance, passionate with data mining and analytics to produce data-driven decision making points.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate, report and comment on daily P&L of T&M to Senior Management.
- Monthly analyses and performance commentaries of front office.
- Assist in delivering quality control KRIs highlighting areas of concerns.
- Perform control quality assurance reviews.
- Drive change in strategic data analytic tools (KRI, business analytical tools).
- Participate and assist with ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or a Finance related discipline with experience in MIS or Financial reporting in banks.
- Analytical skills with a good sense of the business environment and attentive to details.
- A strong communicator with good written and verbal communication skills – ability to summarise complex issues.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging environment with strong ability to multi-task.
- Good knowledge of banking products specially treasury related.
- Good visualisation skills (MS Office tools, Advance Excel, Tableau) with keen learning attitude.
