Responsibility:
1. Fully responsible for the strategic planning and deployment of the group’s internet business.
2. Lead and conduct industry research with keen insight, and analyze trends, as well as changes in user needs, and competitor movements
3. Lead operational data analysis, and continuously optimize operational direction and strategies to ensure the platforms and products eco-systems are up-to-date and competitive.
4. Develop strategies for user growth and user acquisition, drive business conversion and growth, and implement operational plans and quantitative targets, responsible for user traffic.
5. Lead and build the internet product team, plan the team structure, and develop potential talents to facilitate team expansion.
Qualifications:
1. With over 8 years of experience in the internet industry, including entrepreneurial/start-up experience in social media (internet/mobile app) platform projects.
2. Familiar with the growth and commercialization models of pan-entertainment products globally, with experience in managing large-scale commercial projects.
3. Experience in social/entertainment/short video/live streaming projects in Southeast Asia/Middle East/Latin America is preferred.
4. Experience managing teams of over 100 people, with a preference for those with a platform-oriented mindset.
5. Willingness to accept short-term assignments during the initial phase of a project and periodic travel during the stable phase.
6. Only candidates that can speak and write in both English and Mandarin will be considered as this position will need to liaise with Chinese stakeholders and internal teams.
