As a Media Associate, you render support in media planning, accounts and clients management. Provide the link between the company and its clients by overseeing the client’s administrative and campaign projects. Collaborating with relevant stakeholders, you drive the development and implementation of projects to ensure that all of the campaigns and deliverables are met timely. This person keeps abreast of all aspects of the work involved, including the effectiveness, results and potential for future campaign projects. Have a keen interest in how offline and online media work in delivering campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Responsible for the initiation and day-to-day account management of key clients, ensuring quality of media planning & execution, and participating proactively in meeting discussions.
· Support your Director and Manager in developing overall communications and integrated media strategy
· Accountable for campaign performance and communication with clients
· Strengthen and build rapport with existing key clients
· In-depth analysis and reporting for campaigns, which include updates, results and optimizations
· Organised and good project management with media owners, creative & production and PR throughout the region to execute global, regional and local campaigns
· Develop negotiation strategies when dealing with the Media, to ensure best position and deadlines are achieved
· Liaise with key partners such as media, creative & production and PR to implement campaign deliverables
· Identify new targeted marketing solutions to meet clients’ business needs
· Work to grow the company’s business through attracting new customers and projects
· Respond to media inquiries promptly
· Billing and finance
Qualifications
· Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree; preferably with a business, marketing, advertising background
· 1-2 years’ agency experience, with focus on all aspects of it, from daily tasks to account management, to deliverable execution to strategy and everything in between
· Previous agency experience is highly advantageous
· Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
· Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure and tight timelines
· Excellent project management and problem solving skills.
· Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills
· Positive, enthusiastic, hardworking and a team player
