Job Summary:
- Location: Bouna Vista/ Potong Pasir
- 5 days work (4 weekdays+1 weekend)
- Weekdays 3-10pm, weekends 9.30am-6pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet students, parents, and visitors with friendliness, providing clear details about company's programs, services, and schedules.
- Efficiently manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, routing them to the appropriate departments.
- Support the student enrollment process, including handling registration, payments, and necessary documentation.
- Keep the reception area tidy and well-organized, coordinate schedules and bookings for classrooms and facilities, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Ensure the student welfare and pantry areas are stocked and organized, monitor inventory levels, manage orders and expenses, and help teachers with ordering supplies.
Requirements:
- Min.1 year of customer service exp
- Min. Diploma in customer service or similar
