What you'll do:
As a Project Manager (Change & Transformation) [Contract], you will be at the forefront of change and transformation within the organisation. Your role will involve managing a variety of change initiatives, either regulatory mandated or discretionary in nature. You will work closely with various stakeholders including Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Legal and Tax. Your ability to prioritise work, meet strict deadlines, and work independently will be key to your success in this role.
- Manage projects of varying scales within the NFRR capability
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Develop project schedules and milestones
- Maintain project reporting on progress against plan and budget utilisation
- Produce project or governance related documentation
- Consistently meet all global Change policies and requirements
- Run working groups and Steering Committees as required
- Manage acceptance testing in line with testing strategy where applicable
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure benefit realisation
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and quality standards
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Project Manager (Change & Transformation) [Contract] role will bring significant experience in project/change management within Financial Services, especially Investment Banking. You should have a strong background in global markets/regulatory projects. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to partner effectively with individuals across the organization. Your desire to work in a dynamic environment, coupled with your ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines, will set you apart. Experience with Agile methodologies is also highly desirable.
- Significant experience working in project / change management
- Previous global markets / regulatory projects background advantageous
- Strong business partnering skills with individuals across the organization
- Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Previous team management experience with small to mid-size teams
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with Agile methodologies
