Our client, a reputable Electronics MNC, is looking for a 6 Months Contract Customer Service Coordinator. Contract is renewable. This role is based in a call center, 5 days work week & normal office hr ( no shift).
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer service phone calls, inquiries pertaining to services and meter reading issues.
• Coordinate daily service activities with customer/technicians to resolve issues and complaints.
• Escalating service support issue when required, and follow up on problematic calls.
• Review, verify and updating of completed jobs such as technical and general service (GS) etc.
• Prepare quotation for parts / maintenance contract / Credit Note / Debit note / Letter etc.
• Uploading of meter reading and generation of Meter Reading Report.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Secondary School, "N" Level or higher.
• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in call center, handling high call volume.
• Proficient in MS office applications, especially Excel formula & pivot table.
• Candidate with experience in SAP System is preferred.
• Customer centric mentality, comfortable handling customers’ calls and emails.
