Human Resource Manager

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's mission, vision, employee’s management on a broad spectrum of human resource related functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, policies, talent management, manpower costing & planning, etc
  • Advise senior management on HR-related matters and provide insights for strategic planning.
  • Custodian of all HR forms and HR procedure documentation and in charge of the document control and numbering, so that only the latest version is being used.
  • Partners effectively with management staff to resolve workplace and employee issues and renders full support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Record/churning report of monthly headcount, HR related expenses, staff movement, assist in training administration of maintaining training records.
  • Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to support business growth.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from workforce planning to hiring and onboarding.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee performance and development.
  • Follows through on the succession planning, career development and talent development program of the Company and ensures that employees receive training and development activities as planned.
  • Ensures that employee appraisals are put up during the required intervals and reviews the appraisals to ensure consistency and to identify training and other needs
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management.
  • To liaise with Project Team/Project Director/Project Manager on staff development/issues etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
