PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain effective control at the entrances, exits and property boundaries
- Check and verify all vehicles and person entering and exiting the premise.
- Issue visitor/contractor passes for clearance approval.
- To ensure that residents follow the program schedule and to monitor the movement of the residents in the centre.
- To supervise and check that all residents are fully carrying out the tasks assigned to them.
- To perform administrative duties in keeping proper records and filings. (Eg. New emplacements, EDR, medical memo, etc…)
- Patrol the center regularly and check on the muster list.
- To assist the counsellors in getting the respective residents.
- Assist in Setting up of rooms for meetings and regular programs.
- To do checks on residents, making sure that there are no contrabands.
- Any other duties as and when deem necessary.
